“As you go… roads under your feet, towards the new future” symposium is the first public moment of sharing not only our research, but also our mode of working based on relationality and interdependence that we bring with us as we move forward. “As you go…” is a long-term project and research centres around the unheard voices and raising awareness to the shared problems underlying different contexts, ranging from China to Balkan, from Ethiopia to Central Asia.

Rockbund Art Museum is very pleased to announce our collaboration with Jasphy Zheng on Stories from the Room (Shanghai), 2020, a newly commissioned project initiated by the artist and supported by RAM CURTAIN New Commissions Series. Invited by Larys Frogier, director of Rockbund Art Museum, Stories from the Room is an ongoing work conceived by Jasphy Zheng, who will present her two-year Stories from the Room project as a temporary installation hosted by the museum.

The centre focuses on knowledge production by being a platform for discourse and dissemination. It is a “space” for experiments in curatorial thinking and questions the future of “curating”. In this talk, Magdalena Magiera as the Curator of Outreach & Education at NTU CCA will discuss the potential of “curating” and its expanded field through sharing the projects she curated.
