In the 70s, China, a film produced by Italian film director Michelangelo Antonioni when he was traveling in China, provoked tremendous responses in Western world, for China was such a mysterious place to them. As time went by, China has achieved incredible success in the effort of thirty years of opening and reform. How does the rapid-developing China presented by Western media in their reports? Providing large amount of first-hand information, how do photojournalists in news agencies work? Let’s experience China in terms of the most common photography languages, including light and shadow, colors, lines, and contrast.
