97 Yuan Ming Yuan Road, was the Panama Consulate General Shanghai, now, it houses several dozens of blue-collar families. Narrow corridors and compact spaces never deteriorated friendships among the residents. However, when the Friendship Store across the street was demolished and receiving their own notice to relocate for the new development of the area, the residents realized their life going to be changed sooner than they expect. The house is among the wonderful architectures of The Bund, faces the skyscrapers across the river, classic and modern, day and night, happiness and sadness, what changes, what remains.
