Zhu Zhu


Zhu Zhu, poet, curator and art critic, born in Sept. 1969. His works have been translated into English, French, Italian and Spanish. He is recipient of Shanghai Literature Poetry Award 2000, the Second Anne Kao Poetry Award, and the Critic Award of Chinese Contemporary Art Awards 2011. Poetry collections have been published including Cruising to another PlanetSalt on Withered GrassWisp of SmokeLeather Trunk, and Story. He has published an essay collection named Vertigo, a book of personal essays on art Empty City Stratagem. His collections of art criticism are Artists in the Eyes of a Critic and Gray Carnival: Chinese Contemporary Art Since 2000.
